Hotel location is great, very close to the main beach and promenade. Easy to get to with the car and there is a deal with the nearby parking garage so we didn't have to worry about the parking. Staff was really nice and overal experience was great. Breakfast had many options and was well stocked.

We really liked our stay here. Everything is immaculately clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower works great, the breakfast is very good, and it’s quiet at night. The staff is lovely. Up on the top floor is an outdoor terrace with great views of the city. Location wise, it’s a short walk to the beach, and a few blocks away are buses that will take you to the historic part of Las Palmas. We had no problems finding restaurants in the evening. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Las Canteras Beach, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. We initially had an issue with the hot water in our bathroom, but it was resolved quickly.The breakfast was also good and tasty.

The staff were extremely helpful. A lot of helpful tips about getting around in the city.
