I cannot rate the staff since I didn't meet anyone during my stay at the hotel (I did the pre check-in online). The room size was nice. We liked the free tea and coffee service in the coworking space. The location is quite central.
The hotel is very clean and they always clean the bedrooms. Easy checkin and doors are automated. Bed was comfortable and rooms have double glazed windows that helps to reduce outside noise. The best for me was the location, close to main area of las canteras and it was great that I could have a small coffee in the co-working area. The staff is friendly and answers quickly. Excellent place to stay.
We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the cleanliness and the exceptional service provided by Aleksandra. The rooms were spotless, and it was evident that meticulous attention was given to every detail. Moreover, Aleksandra went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Her warm and welcoming demeanor truly made us feel like valued guests. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its commitment to cleanliness, location and Aleksandra, who made our stay truly delightful.

It's near the beach and has all the required facilities. It's clean with a pleasant atmosphere, and is a perfect place to stay. Staff is professional, hospitable and is always ready to help you feel like home.
The location was perfect and super close to the beach Las Canteras. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Also the co-working space was really useful and spacious.
