A very nice option for those who like to be on the move! Maya Hotel is located in Alicante. This hotel is located 1 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Archaeological Museum of Alicante, Castle of Santa Barbara and Alicante Museum of Contemporary Art.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Euopean hotels don’t usually have tea or coffee making facilities, but we overcome this by taking our own travel kettle and supplies.
The public areas of the hotel looked clean, and the pool area had a covid cleanliness routine for the sun loungers. Our room, bathroom and towels were exceptionally clean.
The hotel reception staff were very helpful and polite. They helped with all of our needs. Than you.
The location is quite near a ring road, but a short walk towards the centre of town brings you to many bars, cafes, and restaurants. So really an ideal location as long as you don’t mind a little walk.

Что касается доступности, у входа в отель останавливаются 2 автобуса, а в 200 метрах остановка метро.
Еда отличная, но однообразная, впрочем, как и везде. Можно было взять кофе на вынос.
В номере скромно, но аккуратно. Все работает, в ванной ничего не течет, напор воды отличный, вода по-настоящему горячая. Сама ванна чистая, я даже принимала ванну, чего я никогда не делаю не дома.
В номере есть сейф (ключ под залог 20е), чайник напрокат без залога.
Балкон застеклен, что в январе-феврале довольно кстати.
Персонал приветлив. За три недели в отеле лишь однажды слышала русскую речь.
Недостатки относительные, это никак не повлияло на общее положительное впечатление.
Негде сушить белье (мы были три недели, надо было стирать) - мы сушили белье на стульях на балконе.
На телевизоре ограничен звук, нет основных новостных каналов на англ.

Мы жили лет 5 назад в отеле, отель стал лучше! Был сделан ремонт, но не изменились балконы (там ремонта нет) и рамы балконные, можно было бы и их поменять на новые и лучше Панорамные
Хорошее расположение, транспортная доступность, близость исторического центра и пляжа, Шампанское на завтрак по утрам, возможность получения эл. чайника в номер за депозит в 10 евро.
Ничего отрицательного с точки критерия "цена-качество. К сожалению, на рецепции по-русски не говорят.
