For those who enjoy a moderate walk the hotel was within easy walking distance to the Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Playa Major, tapas bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was abundant with very capable and friendly staff ensuring a constant supply of items. Breakfast hours were from 7~11 am which fit our schedule well.
Rooms were cool and comfortable. Cleaning staff were very accommodating.
Very clean and efficient.
I rate the staff as excellent. In a specific case Alberto and Sandra helped me with a complicated travel change and they went above and beyond expectations in addressing the problem. I wrote a supporting letter to the manager hi lighting their help. Their multi language skills were a real bonus.
Can’t think of anything we were unhappy with.
