The friendly staff, the clean room and bathroom as well as dining by the fireplace.
Pasamos dos días en el hotel y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención de Félix, el dueño. Ha sido increíblemente atento y amable con nosotros, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada.
En mi caso, que soy celíaca, tuvieron un trato excepcional: me compraron productos específicos para el desayuno y se aseguraron de que todo fuera seguro para mí. Se nota el cuidado y el cariño con el que gestionan el lugar.
El hotel está cuidado al detalle y el personal es súper atento y amable, haciendo la estancia muy agradable. Te asesoran en todo lo que necesites para hacer rutas y la gastronomía. El restaurante del hotel está fenomenal, todo lo que probamos estába buenísimo y elaborado y con un precio asequible. Si volviera por la zona, no dudaría en repetir.
