The food is amazing! the staff are super helpful and nice. They know how to charm the guests. super!
The rooms are clean. the flooring is in tiles which helps for children not picking up dirt easily. there are multiple swimming pools with enough space and never too crowded. you can use other hotel environment which is really helpful. the crowd is always managed everywhere so it's not crowded anywhere. there are multiple activities for the kids every day and the young staff who manage these are super nice. Ice cream shop for is a bless. outside of the hotel there are multiple places to shop stuff if you need anything. we needed drugstore and they were also helpful. the beach was clean and close. my family loved it! we will definitely be back.

Perfect for families with little children. Pools are great. Place is clean. The staff are great. The food is above expectations. Very well organized. Nice view and good beach access.
It is comfortable and nice, the staff is amazing, they are kind and make you feel good all the time, some examples of them are Loly, Sergio, Daniel, Maria. It is in front of a beautiful beach. It has many activities and things to do. The SPA was amazing too.
It is all inclusive and this is great, at the bar the cocktails are very good and at the coffee shop, coffee and snacks are good.
