The staff were very helpful and friendly, the spa therapist and the facilities , the sunset lounge loved the sushi cuisine with the most beautiful view.
The hotel is maintained beautifully and overlooks mountains and the ocean. Views were so nice. The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help you, offering great suggestions on where to go, and to accommodate your needs - couldn’t ask for more! They made our stay even more pleasurable. Breakfast is included and was a wonderful spread with an option to also order from their ala carte menu. It’s what you would want in a luxury hotel. They valet your car rental for a fee (~30 EUR/night) but it was convenient given the lack of public parking available on the curvy roads (the hotel is on top of a mountain). The location was perfect for us and planned our itinerary accordingly.

Attention to detail in every way
Staff is wonderful
The staff were amazing. From Zoe at the pool side bar who could not do enough for us, she was amazing to Mayra at breakfast who looked after us every morning and I have to mention Fernandez and Maria at dinner. The staff make the hotel the wonderful place that it is. Looking forward to our return visit.
The spa is exceptional. Views are great. Food is delicious. Pictures doesn’t do justice the place is nicer that it appears in their marketing.
