Extremely friendly staff, lovely room overlooking the pool. Excellent breakfast and amazing value for money.
Very clean( room and common areas) , great music all day ( gotta like jazz), good breakfast, the pool area is very nice, including the nice gentleman at the pool bar ( unfortunately I don't know his name). Good cocktails and coffee. Alejandro, the receptionist, also is very attentive and sweet.
Wifi reception works great in all the areas, good even for working remotely.
The location is quiet, and there's very easy parking. Walking distance to a good beach, restaurants and shops.
Unfortunately I had to switch hotels after three nights because they were full, but I would definitely have stayed longer if possible.
Couldn't fault the place.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel La Concha! Some reviews mentioned AC and pest issues but for us we didn't experience this - quite the opposite! Our room was clean, AC worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. The pool was lovely and fantastic service from the bar staff, chef, and reception. Would highly recommend this hotel! For us, it was quiet and relaxing but not too quiet, with a very nice atmosphere.
