The place is great and very near the Opera! Staff is very approachable, great value for money though cause I am a solo traveler.
Great location but still quiet at night even though in the middle of the city. The hotel felt very secure.
The hotel was in a great location close to the old town. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a small balcony with a view across the street. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout so that we could explore Madrid.
