Beautiful lodgings, beautiful village, beautiful landscape. We had such fun at dinner in the lovely garden. Not crowded with tourists. Plan to stay there again many times. The staff are friendly and helpful, every one.

Fab building, great staff, very helpful and friendly. Room was a bit shabby. Light bulbs were missing, the bathroom door stuck as it was opened but overall, it was a great stay in a gorgeous building.

The village of Moral de Calatrava pops up amidst flat lands just off the A4, E5 highway. With a rather mundane exterior, on reaching Plaza Espana in the centre one is struck by the historical architectural beauty, of which the hotel is a part. The atmosphere is of prosperous agricultural endeavour. A two-day medieval festival was in train, (June21st-22nd), attracting a well behaved crowd, many of whom seemed to gravitate to the hotel to avail of the dinner menu which was taken in the spacious courtyard or air-conditioned bar. A small menu of well presented dishes, accompanied by excellent local wines was reasonably priced. Beers and cocktails hardly dented the spare cash! Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and very interesting. The restaurant is a lively place used by locals. Food is excellent.

Location excellent, underground parking available on site. Secure. Staff excellent , Diego vary helpful, spoke English. Food in restuarant great and good value. Charming old building steeped in history , real charm and character, large rooms, superb shower and terrific value. Meals and breakfast also wonderful, this is not the holiday inn, so be patient and enjoy the Mediterranean experience.
