Clean , friendly staff, good food, pool service was excellent, close to all attractions, house keeping was great. Family friendly staff and property
Traveled with my daughter alone and super happy with our stay. The hotel facilities, the staff! Really super nice and we felt so taken care off. I also loved the location that is a bit outside noisy area but also close enough to go by taxi or bus.
We loved everything about Palm Oasis! It’s easy to get around with a rental car from the location. Parking underneath was convenient and price per day was reasonable. Breakfast was good and also reasonably priced. Palm Oasis overall was super clean and well-maintained, may it be your room, the pool, restaurant, etc. Staff / employees were extremely kind and helpful. My partner and I already said we would stay here again when we come back to Gran Canaria.
The pools are great, the timing of the bar/restaurant is good. The location is good.
We spent 8 night at Palm Oasis during Christmas. It is a great hotel, quiet, with a little oasis, palm trees, and pools. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious with a big terrace. The cleaners did a great job; they even came on Christmas day. The kitchen with all the basics, but we didn't use it as we ate out. The food at the restaurant was really good, there were options for everyone.
Definitely, we will go again.
