+ Very good location (very close to shops & restaurants & the beach)
+ The host was very kind & responsive
+ The property provided many amenities such as hairdryer, cooking tools & utensils, shampoo, shower gel, AC unit etc.
+ The property was very clean and well maintained
+ There was opportunity to arrange parking with host as there was a car park which was 1-2 minute walk from the accommodation which made it very easy for us as we rented a car (it only cost 5 euros a day - which was very cheap & convenient to have)
-The only thing I would suggest as were quite a private family is to consider having a more private style door especially for the bathroom as it was only a 'frost-tinted' style door - but we just placed one of our thin scarf over to allow a bit more privacy
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and in close proximity to the beach and supermarket.
The flat has everything you need for a perfect holiday or remote work. Well located in the city and just a few streets away from the beach. The hosts are really kind and always ready to make your stay exceed your expectations.
Lovely apartament in a great location in Las Palmas. Everything you need is on your doorstep! The owner is lovely, stayed in touch with us through messages throughout our stay.
The small airconditioning unit is ideal to cool the apartment in the hot weather. Also there are fans in both bedrooms.
Parking is €5 a day in a multi-storey building very near to the apartment.
Amazing host and an amazing apartment. The host waited late at night to welcome us, despite over flight getting delayed. We were able to have a smooth conversation via text despite the language barrier.
The apartment is fully furbished and has everything you need for short or long stay. Great location. We were provided with water, had a range of coffee, teas, spices, even sanitary products in the toilet at our disposal. All of that provided made us feel like we are at our own home.
We also used the underground garage for our rented car. Although there is a chance you could find the parking in the streets in front of the apartment, the traffic was a bit unpredictable to navigate.
