We couldn't initially work out how to get into reception to get the keys. Once we did manage that the reception person was very friendly, and it was easy enough to access the apartment.
Perfect in every way. A lot of facilities in the resort and on the beach. Will come back!
The location was great with the beach on the doorstep, restaurants nearby and cheap easy access to the city by bus. The apartment was lovely but little touches like providing condiments, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets, made it even better. The beds were really comfortable. The balcony had great views of the sea and the pool.
We arrived late in the evening. I found the instructions difficult to follow. Juan Carlos was very helpful on the phone.
On entering the apartment it was immaculately clean. The next morning was a joy to see the sea and beach from the apartment. The bus was outside the complex and was very regular. We loved the quietness and the proximity of the beach.
