It’s in the perfect spot. Restaurants next door, near train station, breakfast places and very close to the old town.

It's not Ritz it's pension in the city center. Staff is very kind and helpful, everything is close by, walking distance to all main attractions and important public transport stations. The noise doesn't last longer than 1am so for a city center it is pretty quiet. Safe part of the center.
Perfect location in Bilbao. Lot of public transport hubs in neighboring area. Few minutes walking from main old town's attractions. Nice bar nearby and many others within 5 mins walking. Good bathroom. And room is pretty large.
