Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar Strandutensilien (Schirme, Unterlagen, Handtücher) werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist mitten in Poblenou und trotzdem ruhig. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten an der Metro. Kaffes und Restaurants sind mannigfaltig in der der Nachbarschaft fußläufig erreichbar.
Mario, der Verwalter, ist super nett, sehr engagiert, hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit bereit.

Ottima posizione, al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in modo splendido dal sig. Mario che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni su utilizzo e servizi dell'appartamento ed anche su negozi, locali e attrazioni della città. All'interno dell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto quanto può servire per un breve soggiorno.
