perfect for big family, many rooms, full facilities but a quite noise at night coz you could hear people scream in the streer and ambulance/fire moving. a few steps to reach elevator, they got two elevator, for people and goods. location is perfect, most rooms with balcon.
An extremely nice landlord. When we checked in, he patiently explained each room and its usage, and introduced the nearby attractions. Everything was wonderful! When we were ending our trip in Madrid and heading to Barcelona, a friend left his passport and money in the hotel. The landlord came from Madrid to Barcelona and brought the passport and money to us. We were very touched. Thank him for his help, which made our trip end perfectly. We look forward to seeing him again in Madrid next time.
Miguel is very very helpful and nice host, he always try to help us when we need him, I am so grateful.
The location is excellent, you can easily reach spainish square, the metro, and good restaurants.
The room is big enough for 8 people, and our children had much fun there.
The kitchen is very friendly and we can cook meals easily.
The location of the property is near the city centre and the train station,near some restaurant. Heater was good 👍.
The uniqueness is the old fashion style of the airbnb.
ロケーションはとてもよかったです。WhatsAppで出発前から連絡をとりながら、鍵の受け渡しもとてもスムーズにでき、フレンドリーなMiguelさんに感謝しています。一緒に部屋の中を案内してもらった時に足りなかった洗濯用洗剤もあとから持ってきてくれるなど、とても親切でした。リビングルームは日当たりも良く、Gran Viaを見渡せて景色もよく、ゆったりとくつろげる空間でした。
