The property is perfectly located with a good access to the old town of Avila. The host is very nice and responsive. Also the appartment is well maintain.
The apartment is comfortable and convenient. Everything needed is available. If needed, you can call the staff (there is a 24/7 line). The staff is always willing to help. I will definitely choose here if I visit Avila next time.
La remise des clés en main propre. L'appartement est très bien situé, le stationnement (public payant mais pas trop cher) est facile. Il est très bien équipé, propre et confortable. La literie est bien.
La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable. A dos minutos del centro histórico y suficientemente alejado del centro para no sufrir de ruidos y de olores por los restaurantes próximos.
Aunque cuando fuimos estábamos en plena ola de calor, agradecimos mucho que el apartamento estuviera equipado con suelo geotérmico, que nos ayudó a regular muchísimo la temperatura de la habitación, manteniéndola por debajo de los 25 grados en todo momento.
Los anfitriones también fueron muy amables y se preocuparon de que tuviéramos de todo para nuestra estancia, aunque tiene de todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje.
