The location is excellent, right in the heart of Gran Vía. The apartment was clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and comfortable.
Its very comfortable, perfectly clean and had everything we needed.
Property layout was wonderful. Perfect location, right in gran via. Asked for a change of a room from the inside to city view. Changes the experience a lot. Not noisy at all and good noise cancellation. Good receptionist. Gustavo was extremely helpful!

Check-in was so easy. Staff were so nice. Location was perfect and walking distance to everything. And they will hold your bags if u have a later flight etc
