The kind, accommodating staff when we were stuck in a difficult situation due to canceled flights. Comfortable room and very clean.
If we visit Madrid again we definitely will stay here. It's clean, conveniently located, the breakfast was very good and we simply liked everything about the hotel. Highly recommend!
Very spacious room and great bathroom. The breakfast was copious and served early. The driver of the shuttle to the airport was very nice and helpful to a single mom with 2 young kids who traveled with us.
