All our communication was over the phone and it was very pleasant, it worked great. Accommodations were good in general.
It was so clean, and everything from checkin to checkout was seamless. The bed was comfortable, shower was warm and lovely, and the staff was very nice when I happened to be passing by in the morning. Also, this doesn't have to do with the room itself, but the location is near some really great spots for coffee, tapas, and restaurants that are only 5-10 minutes away. This was awesome, especially on the rainy days, and to me the food around the room was better, homier, and cheaper than the food nearest the Cathedral. I suggest checking out O Afiador and Open Coffee.
Lastly, the location is in a very safe part. Santiago is really quite a safe city, but the room's location is in a place with less traffic, less peregrinos and tourists, and I never felt unsafe or like I had to coli instance aware of my surroundings and my belongings at all time.

This place was fine. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to access.
Very clean, almost sterile property, Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room #3 was very quiet facing the inner yard.
