The location of the apartment was good. It was a 5 minute walk to the Teatro Massimo, where I would pick up the FREE shuttle that has many stops around town. Great communication with the host.
Small but comfortable apartment within walking distance of major attractions. The AC, shower and fridge all worked well. The host, Mario, is very kind and helpful.
Mario is a very gentle host. Though he doesn't speak much English, he does make himself understand and is quite nice. The rules are fair and simple to follow. You can see that over time he has been upgrading the house and it is as expected. The cleaning was exceptional, not even at 4 star hotels I've felt a room so clean like this one. The decoration and appliances are simple, but functional.
It was clean, comfortable and cozy, perfect for 1 person. Close to the city center and the food market. Perfect for its cost.
For its price, it is perfect. It was really clean. I stayed in a room with balcony, the bathroom was clean. The room has a small kitchen, a fridge and TV. There are other rooms with common entrance, and there is a CCTV in the entrance.
