Very good location (about 10-15min from the train station with direct connections to Cinque Terre and Pisa, plenty of good restaurants a few minutes away, calm building), nice owners, good wifi and very good facilities with a full kitchen and even a washing machine. Excellent price.

The roome was clean and had all the essentials we need. It seems like everything is new. It was raining when we got there so we didn’t use the A/C. Michela was extremely helpful and a good host. Only thing is the apartment is a bit if a walk from the train station. As I’ve said it was raining. As long as you have no problem walking for 15 - 20 mins or has a lighter luggages, you shouldn’t have a problem. On a positive note, it is a block away from the morning market. Great for those who likes to buy fresh food.

The apartment is situated in the city center and 15min walk from the central railway station. There are many places to eat nearby. The flat is overlooking an inner yard and it is very quiet during the night and you can rest really well. The host was very responsive by text messages and answered all our questions and gave us useful advises.
