The place has amazing location right on the beach, the room was clean and accommodating. short drive from Rome airport is another advantage.

The location was perfect, at the beach. Nice leisurely walk to the town centre. We had 2 rooms, so it was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Bed was very comfortable. Room had a coffee machine and some snacks. Bottled water was always available.
We stayed 4 nights (2 at the start of our trip and 2 at the end). Very conveniently located outside of Rome. Direct access to the beach.
Very clean quiet and private. Everyone was very friendly.
