room: great with a big bathroom and comfortable beds
house: just a corridor with good smell

New renovated room, very comfortable bed, close location to the station and port
it’s very well located. three blocks west of it you can find free parking. a few blocks east are the old town and central station. downstairs there’s a great bakery and a bar for a tradicional Italian coffee. The host was very friendly.
location was really good. 4 mins from La Spezia Centrale train station and city center is 5 mins walk. Was clean and comfortable
The accommodation was good, in a good position and most importantly clean. I would be happy to stay again and recommend the accommodation.
