Exactly what we expected, a clean, inexpensive overnight stop, plenty of parking. Location on a busy road but we heard no traffic. Unit does not have AC, however it has a big tip-in patio door with a screen which provided cooler outside air.
The room was very spacious and clean. Parking was great, too.
