The water dispenser that was sparkling and fresh water is a huge bonus. My room was cleaned every day, spacious, big bed, clean.
The host was very, very nice. They kept my rucksack on the last day so I could do a quick visit to Portovenere .
The bus stop is right outside L- takes you to Lerici or La Spezia Centrale train station

The best staff ever Alfonso is the best! and was so friendly stayed there for 2 nights and they make the bed the second day and clean the room! for the price its better then a hotel a really recommend nice visits and they owned a pizzeria close by whit the best pasta and pizza!!!!
The room was very good and clean. The staff were very friendly especially Matteo! We enjoyed our stay there. The room is not near the centre there is a bus station near.
The fridge in the room was handy. The bus stop near to the acommodation and the owner was very kind.
Matteo, was a great host very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to visit his restaurant, excellent food!
