Very kind and helpful staff. Peaceful and safe place with no noise. Very close to the train and bus stations. A water transport stop is also near by. Apartments clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished.
Emanuel’s our host was very helpful and accommodating. The property was well kept. We enjoyed all three rooms our ages ranged from 7 to 70. It was close to the train station. We were able to walk all over Venice from there. It was close to the grocery store. The places Emanuel’s recommended were not a disappointment.
Located in a quite neighborhood very close to the attractions
Alberghiera Venezia was FABULOUS! The location is walking-minutes from the water taxis, bus, and train station. SO VERY Convenient. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful in giving excellent advice as to how to get around Venice quickly, easily, and cheaply. The apartment was easy to find (well marked address), clean, quiet, secure, good wifi, nice kitchen, comfortable bed, good air-conditioning (which was ON upon arrival), quiet, well-priced, and again, GREAT location! Better than expected! I would highly recommend staying at this apartment to anyone, and will stay their next time I visit!
