Very friendly and cosy atmosphere, thanks to the couple managing the hotel.They gave us very useful tips on what to do in Volterra and in the wider region. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old town and only a few steps away from the nicest restaurants and gelaterias. Furthermore the hotel is situated very close to the safe underground parking garage and the bus stop. Last but not least: the breakfast buffet is excellent!

This is a very pleasant family run hotel. The owners were incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. A wonderful breakfast was available each morning. The owners suggested several excellent restaurants that we were able to enjoy. There is a nice cafe at the top of the hotel. Our room was attractive and cozy.
