For my wife and I, this is the top hotel we stayed in during our visit to Tuscany. Excellent location with breathtaking views of Tuscany’s famous lush hilltops and valleys. Outside terrace and swimming pool are added value to this beautiful villa. Plenty of free and secure parking. Room was very authentic with a beautiful view on the mountains side. Luca, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided full details on sites to see in the region. Homemade breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food selection.

Comfy bed and quiet room. Nice bathroom. Great location. Beautiful countryside. Knowledgeable host. Great value.
Beautiful location. Large Bedroom and comfortable beds. Excellent, extensive breakfasts. Close drive to parking with quick access to center of Volterra, which was a great place to walk around and eat at good restaurants. Luca, the host, was extremely informative, and helpful. We highly recommend Villa Rooddi to anyone wanting to explore Volterra for a few days. The trickiest part is finding the turnoff from the road, especially at night.
Breakfast was excellent, good food selections and coffee.
