The location of the hotel was perfect - on a quiet street, but close to everything. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had about activities or getting around the town. The rooms were very clean & the breakfast was excellent.
Perfect location with lots of bars, restaurants and shops within a very short walk. So was the ocean. Hotel was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. In the very best way, it felt like an old fashioned, European hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Piombino. It is close to all main attractions, restaurants, the train station, the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and met our expectations, it was not only sweet things, we enjoyed some ham, salami and cheese. The coffee machine is Nescafe, the coffee was great.
We arrived very late due to airport hold up and the owner stayed up to welcome us.
Friendly staff excellent breakfast.
