The private bedrooms and bathrooms were reasly nice.

The kitchen was very well equipped with good pots and pans and nice dishes and bowls. We found many staples in the cupboard and also cut some basil and rosemary from the garden. We cooked several meals so all of this was much appreciated. The kitchen is also a cozy place to sit since the sitting room is next to the master bedroom with no door, meaning that the guests in that room are inconvenienced if they want to go to bed. That said the ensuite rooms are a real plus when traveling with others. Each room was very comfortable and had its own heat source. The apartment is very quiet. The short walk to the escalators was not a problem. The owner's son recommended a very good restaurant to us, and the owner also arranged a very good driver to take us to Gubbio one day at a reasonable price.

Great location, wonderful apartment, fully equipped. Perugia is a beautiful city.

A lovely, cool apartment away from the Italian heat. Also a great location, with the escalators just down the road...saved the legs a little!

The house is central and a short walk to the city centre and also the mini metro station which takes you to the train station. It was clean and equipped with everything you might need. I fell in love with the garden! The host was very welcoming and helpful.
