Beautiful area and lovely view from my apartment, short walk to St Marco and water Bus stops. x
Great area full of locals. The city-boat to the beach is nearby. It is also located very near to Bienale Arsenale and Giardini.
Very clean, very friendly and helpfull hosts. Basic stuff for cooking and washing available. Great also if you want to experience local life (entrance is from the small street, not much daylight inside).
