The location was excellent and the apartment was perfect.
Our host was very efficient. She gave us clear directions to the apartment, arranged a water taxi to meet us at the train station (also one for the return trip). The apartment is very clean, 2 minutes walk from San Marcos Square. Excellent bakery and pizza steps away. We had a small child in the apartment next to us, but we never heard the child. No elevator, but hey, it's Venice.
The staff were exceptionally helpful - when AC randomly broke on the first evening, there was a service person arranged there first thing in the morning. And when I left a valuable item at the apartment, they agreed to send it to me without hesitation. 100% recommended!
A roomy and clean apartment in the centre of Venice. A cheap and nice stay.
The place is spectacular- love the roof top deck and the locations is perfect.
