The property is located in Prato, and by train, you can reach Florence in less than 30 minutes. The apartment itself is 5 minutes from the train station. There is a nice restaurant literally in front of the building. There is a small food shop nearby, which is handy for grabbing some snacks and water. I found it a good option when visiting Florence, because the small town (Prato) served me as a calm place to recharge at night, after spending an intense day in Florence. The host is super nice and easy to contact.

This was an excellent place to stay. I stayed five nights and would have moved in, if I could have. Tommaso was an excellent host, always responding promptly and going the extra mile. The apartment was clean and comfortable, a few minutes' walk from the central part of Prato. The Wifi was excellent. Lots of nice-quality towels were provided. The security felt good. There's one flight of stairs, but Tommaso kindly carried my suitcase. He offered to arrange a taxi for me at the end of my stay. All around it was a top-notch experience.

Excellent, well-organized, and modern accommodation. Very well located, close to Porta al Serraglio train station, the historic center of Prato, restaurants, grocery stores, and a variety of shops. I recommend it and if I go back to Prato, I'll stay there again!

Very easy, great communication. Was met at the apartment and given additional time to check out. The place was clean with everything you could need. Felt secure.

Tom fue muy amable, cordial y servicial. tuve un retraso con los trenes y me dio mucha tranquilidad que fue muy comprensivo. El departamento es super comodo muy bien ventilado, pude descansar super bien, cama excelente comoda y por la noche silencioso. simplemente perfecto. muy recomendable
