I loved how central the location was and the apartment had everything needed. It was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and basic cooking items like salt, spices (herbs), olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The market was just across the street and if you are exhausted like I was upon arrival there’s a pasta to go right downstairs. There were two comfy chairs and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice, good pressure and hot water. The desk was perfect for journaling when the rain became too much to be out in and the washing machine worked beautifully. There was even laundry soap available to use. It rained like crazy while I was there and I enjoyed being able to cook dinner and make a cup of coffee while listening to the rain outside. Taking the garbage out to the garbage boat was an experience too, not hard at all. Venice is incredible and this was a perfect place for my first time visiting there. I hope I can return again in the future.

The location is perfect. The house has everything you need.

Great apartment with everything what you needed for short/long term staying.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was a fully stocked kitchen, which allowed me to prepare meals if I chose to do it. A market was a minute away to buy food.

Location, space, connivence to everywhere grocery store right across the street. Renovations were top notch. Hot water, stocked kitchen, security, washer.
