The apartment is very nice and clean, it has everything you would need. It feels like a home. You can walk to the city center, although it's a bit of a hill coming back. The parking is right in front of the house.
Our host was very welcoming and even gave us a tour of the town in his car so that we could get an idea of where to go. We had a problem of communication with another villa and the couldn't have been more helpful.
