Gabriella explained everything so well, and made us feel at home, and gave us many recommendations of sites to see in Verona. It was very clear that she loves her city!
The bed was very comfortable, apartment had everything we needed, and more, and the windows were fantastic! They kept out the noise of the street really well!
Also really handy to have a washing machine available.
