The room is newly renovated overlooking the lake with large Balcony. Air conditioning is functional and cooling during the day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good

Great location a short walk from the lake and Cisano Lido, and then a lovely walk up along the promenade in to Bardolino.
