One of the best hotels I've ever been in. The apartment is huge and very nice decorated. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. The staff was amazing, treated us like a royal family. I am looking for an excuse to get back there....
The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.
Wow, this place is just amazing. Staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The WhatsApp service to contact reception is great for anything you need. The spa facilities were 10/10 with a great view from the pool. We both had a massage and it was amazing. The room was just incredible. We had dinner ordered to our room, and staff had kindly set up a table outside our room on our terrace so we got to enjoy dinner with a great view. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!
Beautiful chalets in a picturesque area, just outside of Courmayeur’s walking area. We traveled with two kids and a dog and couldn’t imagine anything missing!
Everything about our stay was outstanding. The staff is warm and friendly and the facilities are first rate. We loved the architecture of the buildings and the space between units. The saunas and swimming pool were a real treat.
