The outside and lobby of the hotel is just beautiful. And the breakfast was the best we had, by far, of our whole month long trip through Switzerland, and the Italian and French rivieras. I was happy that they had a family room that fit all of us and the value was fantastic. It was comfortable. We were there in June and were a bit concerned about not having AC - less because of the heat than having to keep windows open and hear traffic all night. This ended up being less of an issue than we thought.

Breakfast was excellent - really appreciated the homemade tarts, cakes, and baked goods selection especially. The spa was also a highlight - the steam room, sauna, and the cold water bucket was perfect (the sand timers were broken in the sauna, but easy fix!). The woman at the spa was also so kind. The pools were OK but i'm not sure if there was an issue with the temperature settings when I was there? The rooms were a good size, and beds were good. Location-wise, you are right next to the main bus area (buses are free!) as well as the tourist centre. Everything is quite walkable.

Location. Friendly staff, cleanliness, good breakfast and price.also shuttle bus to the slopes was excellent.

Reception was helpful. Room good and quiet. Free parking and great breakfast. Dinner was good value.
