Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet Platz. Aus dem 8.Stockwerk hat man die Sicht auf dem Viertel. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind von 10:00-16:00 und von 20:00 bis 22:00 kostenlos, inklusive Aufzug und "Seilbahn" zu Aussichtpunkten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war dank einer Video gut erklärt. Der Schlüssel war in einem Kasten in der Nähe der Wohnung eingeschlossen.
