The studio was spacious and located in a good neighbourhood close to all restaurants, busy areas and shops. There is a market right around the corner. Everything within walking distance. People warned us that palermo could be dangerous, but we (2 women), never felt unsafe in our neighbourhood even at night.
The studio is airconditioned and all appliances are new and modern. It has a little balcony too. Unfortunately the apartment block across from us was doing renovations and was obstructing our view.
Amit is a very helpful and friendly person. And although there were some mishaps he was ready to help.
Very nice studio with thoughtful interior design (for example handmade details for lamps)! The studio is brand new with comfortable beds and smart kitchen where all amenities are included. There's everything that you need for a perfect stay in Palermo! The studio is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the central train station inside the historic town and very near to Ballaro market (recommended). The neighborhood felt safe and the check-in went very smoothly. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier, which was appreciated.
La casa era molto pulita e il proprietario mi ha contattato più volte per darmi tutte le informazioni per il check in, davvero molto gentile, ho dovuto pagare un supplemento perché siamo arrivati dopo le 23, ma ero stata informata di questo in precedenza, quindi è stato tutto chiaro e senza problemi
