The staff were so attentive and friendly. We loved our room and the view is just breathtaking, we loved chilling on the large balcony. The breakfast was wonderful and we loved the complimentary coffee and cafe in the afternoons! The location was perfect with a short stroll along the lake into Malcesine away from the traffic. Our room was cleaned every day. We were able to relax as soon as we arrived, we will definitely be back!
The rooms at this hotel have large terraces with such incredible views of the lake. The hotel location is wonderful as it's a 5-10 minute walk along the lake on the promenade to the city center. The hotel has a restaurant on the main level facing the lake that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner...and drinks while you sunbathe right there at the lake! The restaurant prices were reasonable and again...those views! There was also complimentary tea / coffee / light snacks at about 4:30p each day. There is a dock with loungers as well as loungers right on the rocky beach where you can enjoy swimming and just relaxing by the lake. Note that it would be helpful to bring water shoes as the rocks will likely hurt your feet (or you can enter the lake from the dock vs. the shore). There is also a pool at the property but given the wonderful lake views / access, we never even went to look at it. Also free parking!
Location was ideal. Not right in the center of town but an easy walk along the lake to it. The room size was large. The ac was great. The breakfast was very good esp having an omelette made and fresh cut ham. The large balcony overlooking the lake was fabulous
