We chose this apartment as it was reasonably priced and about a 25 minute walk to several of things we wanted to visit in Florence. The apartment is as described and pictured online. There are a few cafes nearby to get coffee and a pastry for breakfast. A larger COOP grocery store is less than a 5 minute walk away and it is easy to get to the apartment from the train station by bus. We spent three nights and we were happy we had booked this apartment.
Great location in a local area with restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance 20 mins to the Duomo.

Within walking distance to the main attractions but also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle! It had a washing machine, amazing AC units, spacious bathrooms, coffee, plenty of cookware, and was such a comfortable & safe place to stay!
