The staff were wonderful and very friendly! Lovely little backyard for sitting and reading.

He was a good host. The environment was beautiful and clean. Everything was organized. We had everything we need. The cute paintings and garden was a great bonus.

Great little residence on the lower river bank of Florence. Free street parking is available nearby . The area is residential, with surrounding apartment buildings and a supermarket. It feels very local, if that's what you are looking for. A good change of pace after spending the day touring the Duomo or Uffizi. While you are physically separated from the city centre by the river, the hotel is a ten minute walk to the T1/T3 tram stop and a fifteen minute ride downtown. We asked for two separate beds and the hosts were able to accommodate without a problem. I especially appreciated the kitchen with its cute wooden cupboards and access to the inner patio. It was nice to prepare and eat breakfast while watching the rain. Overall, a nice and relaxing stay. Hoping to visit Florence again when it does not rain.

Friendly man owner, really tried to communicate and explain everything. Clean and tidy. Has cups, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer. Beds are quite comfortable. Nice garden with turtles. Its a flat with 4 or 5 rooms but had silent neighbors so all good.

The room was big and very clean. It's close to the bus stops and easy to commute to the city.
