The warmth, accessibility and willingness to help of the owners. The position and proximity to two great beaches. Property was very clean.
The location is ideal, about 20 minutes walk from Porto Ferraio, and 2 beautiful beaches, Capo Bianco and Padulella, you can walk to in 5 minutes. The small apartment I had was very clean and cosy, and the host, Tommaso is very helpful and generous to a fault.
We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere, the private suite we had just by the pool, the size of the room, super well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to arrange yourself a nice breakfast or picnic. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely garden embracing the property overlooking the city/sea.
Tomasso was quick, responsive, helpful, a true host.
It was a beautiful setting and we had good access to the pool. The location was great to access the beaches nearby.
Beautiful position on top of a panoramic hill.
Very big garden surrounding the property with many barbecue spots.
Large apartment very well equipped.
Easy free Parking in front of the apartment.
Amazing beach just 5 minutes walking.
