very welcoming staff/owner, helpful and accommodating, communicated well before and during our stay. Hotel is very secure on a Main Street. It was clean throughout all areas and the rooms. Breakfast continental and laid out for guests.
The hotel is well located for the railway station and around 15-20 mins from the old town of Prato.

The hotel is in a great location with a small grocery shop right across the street and a takeaway restaurant not far away, so it's quiet and safe.
