We've had an incredible stay at this property and would rate it a perfect 10/10. Lyudmyla was amazing; she warmly welcomed us and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The location is ideal, offering easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the parking situation was excellent, with a convenient spot right in front of the house. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Lyudmyla is an excellent host. She was very accommodating around our check in time and also very quick to respond to any messages. The house is only a short walk from the bus stop where you can catch one to take you to Venice. Also close to shops and train station. Excellent location. :)

Very well equipped appartment where you can find everything to live out of home. Cosy, well furnished. Excellent location, in a walking distance to a railway station (about 5 minutes). Very well stocked supermatket in the neighbourhood. Ludmila was waiting for us when we came, she is a very friendly and helpful person. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for visiting Venice, which can be reach by bus in 13 minutes. Apartment is clean and confortable with fully equipped kitchen. Owner is really nice and there was no problem with getting to the apartment earlier at convenient time. Parking place in the front of apartment
