There’s a door in the lobby that you can open to get a gondola (aka water taxi). All of staff is wonderful. Really the best staff I’ve ever experienced. The bathroom was especially beautiful. It had a gorgeous new shower. The room overlooked a small canal so you could see all of the gondoliers. It wasn’t so busy that it never quieted down. All of the staff was so helpful and considerate. I got lost getting there and they came and found me after I gave them my close locations. The person who cleaned my room was lovely, too. My schedule changed everyday and he still cleaned my room whenever I left. It really was one of my all time happiest stays.

It was a beautifully appointed room and we loved the views of canal with gondolas passing by. We were Fortunate enough to hear some beautiful singing on them too! Everything about this place was wonderful the minute we stepped off the Water Taxi with the help with our luggage since there is no lift was so appreciated! All the suggestions and help navigating where we needed to go to catch ferries what lines to get on where to eat, the welcome bottle of Prosecco made this such an incredible experience for us in Venice! It is located within 5 to 15 minute walk of all the main attractions can’t say enough and highly recommend staying here worth every penny!

Watching the gondoliers and serenading. It was mostly quiet with the windows closed. It was quite the scene watching them float by.
