The hotel was lovely and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It was a very nice breakfast and there was a little courtyard to sit in. The hotel was just along from a waterbus stop which was extremely handy.
David and Lia were the nicest and most helpful staff. David made us reservations both nights for dinner and Lia went above and beyond to make us great coffee and fruit!
Easy to reach as it is near the boat station and it is in the best location in Venice. Staff was friendly and breakfast was really good! Can only recommend

Warm and inviting stylish boutique Hotel in the heart of Venice. The room was spotless and quiet. The staff was very friendly. David at the front desk was exceptional with wonderful tips and restaurant recommendations. The location cannot be beat. Everything is within walking distance.
